As part of this year's programme of premires, performances and portraits in celebration of his 60th birthday year, RNCM Principal Edward Gregson has devised a chamber programme that features performances by RNCM students, placing a selection of his own pieces alongside music by his teacher Alan Bush and his long-time friend, composer Paul Patterson, as well as music by the composer who has been a major influence on his own music, Sir Michael Tippett.
